I work for the Information Technology Services department of the University of Colorado at Boulder. I'm in the Internal Support work group. Our team provides a variety of computer workstation, server and network support services to a mixture of staff and students in work units within the ITS department as well as clients external to ITS such as the University's Office of International Education (otherwise known as OIE).
