I know, this page is pretty boring, but it's just to show a bit of the scenery we enjoy along the way to the trail...
I was very impressed.
Usually, when I drive in the mountains, I either get locked behind someone hugging the non-cliff-side of the highway and holding e back,
or watching people go up and down for miles and miles behind me.
This ride to the trailhead was very different; everyone seemed to not only keep up,
but also to ride at safe distance intervals from each other the whole time.
If it were possible to arrange it so that I'd only have to travel with the Colorado FJs whenever I go through the mountains,
I'd say, "Sign me up".
