Sandi, the Fossil Journey Cruiser:
a Boulder Sandstorm at Every Fork in the Road

Sandi with a sunrise or sunset (20091202)

Sunrise            Sunset

The photo above is from a morning in the spring of 2008 on a paleontology field trip with Tom Nolan, et al.
This was my ~4th trip with Tom to this place. We found fossilized remains of fish, sharks and of course, all kinds of reef life.
What a hoot!  :P

This is panoramic image, stitched together from multiple shots I took when we went for a snow run
on the Switzerland Trail with the
Rising Sun 4x4 Club in February of 2009.

Here are a couple shots from a sunflower farm. It was at sunrise, but mainly, I just liked the play on words.

Here are a couple shots from a trip up Engineer Pass with 4RnrJ during FJ Summit week in July, 2009.
We attempted to summit (hiking) Uncompahgre Peak, but got chased down the mountain by lightning.

Great morning with J though. Thanks, bud.  :bigthumb:
