Friday, July 22nd, 2011 - Poughkeepsie Gulch -to the Wall | to the Lake
This was the parking scene upside from the 'Winch Wall'.
Once we had everyone up the wall, we headed out, on our way to Lake Como.
As with dogs; some people just have to leave their mark. [losers]
At the lake, we did the traditional line-up pose...
I was checking out the mud dots on Sandi, and noticed how well I could see 'the spotter' and friend in the reflection...
looking back at the lake as we start the ascent to Hurricane Pass.

We could see another FJ Summit crew heading up to Hurricane ahead of us
Oh, and there was still a lot of snow up there in some spots...
If we only knew.........if we had a telescope, we could probably see other FJs on other trails way off in the distance...
damn treehuggers :lol:
I always like these shots, where you can see vehicles going different directions below all within a short distance of each other,
and they're all heading the same general direction on the same road....

Here's another one where you can see the other FJs coming down behind us, going different ways
In this one, you can see our crew near the bottom shortly after finishing the switchbacks,
and another crew on its way down at top left.
